Copies of Accident/Crash reports are available for $ 15.00 each. Copies can be requested by mail or email. Mailed requests, along with payment, can be addressed to North Lebanon Township Police 725 Kimmerlings Road Lebanon PA 17046. Email requests can be sent to police@nlpd.org. Payment will be due at the time the report picked up.
