POLICY FOR SEWER R-O-W’S
The following is a copy of letters sent to Township residents that have a sewer R-O-W on their property.
Dear Resident,
This letter is to inform you that the North Lebanon Township Municipal Authority has a sewer Right-of-Way located on your property. This area is designated for maintenance and repair of the system. This area must be kept free and clear of any and all permanent structures, trees, and certain plantings. If the Authority damages or removes any of these items while working on the Right-of-Way, the Authority will not be liable for the damages or replacement. It would be best for you and the Authority to keep the Right-of-Way clear of any obstructions.
