The Lebanon County Stormwater Consortium is comprised of a voting representative from each of the participating members. The participants are Annville Township, City of Lebanon, Cleona Boro Authority, North Cornwall, North Lebanon, and South Lebanon townships. The Elected Officials of each municipality signed an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement for participation in the Consortium and the Implementation of the Lebanon Area Regional Pollutant Reduction Plan in 2017. The Lebanon County Redevelopment Authority provides administration services to the Consortium. The Consortium meetings are held the third Tuesday of every month at 10:00. For 2023, these meetings are held at the North Lebanon Township Municipal Building and via Zoom.
In December of 2019, DEP renewed North Lebanon Township’s NPDES-MS4 Permit. To date, over 20 stormwater improvement projects have been completed that help to achieve our required 10% reduction of total suspended solids (sediment) as outlined in the Consortium’s Joint Pollutant Reduction Plan.

If you have noticed a drain that needs to be cleared or repaired, please contact the Township Office. Residents SHOULD NOT alter the design of the drain area in any manner. Please do not dump debris (i.e. grass clipping, shrubs, and twigs) into inlets
